Time Traveller's Wife - Absolutely superb. Just a teensyweensy little niggling with the "sand" effect as he "has-to-go" but the rest, spot-on. Eric Bana and cast are just great. Going to and fro the same locations is excellent and the ending when she runs is just the best. It does start somewhat disjointed but as you watch and follow, it does make sense. Possibly a different beginning would have made it a classic but...it still works. 5/5 Interesting from Brad.
Transformers 2 - Fantastic. Awesome. You need to see this twice just to get your head around the effects. Just amazing. The comedy is really good and the cast is great. The Mum at Uni is excellent. The sheer scale of things is mind- blowing. After a movie like this, you do wonder how do they do that? The battle scene at end at the pyramids is pretty convincing although a tad long but anyway a good ride - 4/5
Tron Legacy - Tolerable. Production design is good and it feels like an old version with a freshup. Cast ok and direction - 3.5/5
War of the Worlds - Nothing wrong with this one. Excellent story, production and cast.There are a lot of superb moments in this film and I quote "Some scenes are unnerving".Truly a classic in taking a classic and reshaping into a modern classic. There are very few who can do this. 5/5

The Adjustment Bureau - Interesting movie about a male politician who meets a woman and falls in love and then goes to work and everything changes. From a Philip K Dick story. Need I say more 4/5

- Tolerable. When Clive Owen is in it, it's going to be gritty. It also has Jennifer Aniston who takes a serious role. Borderline silly. The cast was good and so to production. Story was the let-down - 2/5.

Drag Me To Hell - A charming title and a good cast. Don't take any of it seriously. Well acted except main female although not really her fault. Badly directed and reasonably well produced. Effects are tolerable / lots of fans blowing. Shadow effects aren't bad and the SHOCKS moments - 3/5

Panic Room - Really good and the first time seeing credits as part of a film. Camera gliding around is excellent. Good cast and production. Atmosphere is great although violence at end is a bit much - 4/5

Solitary Man - Really good with Michael Douglas, Danny Devito, Susan Sarandon etc. Excellent writing, excellent story. Essentially about a salesman who passes his peak but a world of experience and emparts it to a young man. He peaks at rock bottom then is given a last chance - 5/5 and an excellent ending how most films should end.
Star Wars - It still holds up well (1977) and is a classic. The effects are still mind blowing and the cast and production is still superb - 5/5
